For nearly 40 years, I served in executive leadership roles—guiding people and organizations through growth, challenge, and transformation. Along the way, I discovered my passion: helping others find healthier, more sustainable ways to move forward.

Now, as a Board-Certified Health Coach, leadership consultant, and life transitions coach, I bring together experience in leadership, coaching, consulting, and counseling to help people and organizations thrive.
